Internet Marketing Social Network Strategies

This morning in between my morning ritual of checking my email, viewing new follows on Twitter, putting the finishing touches on my social network for internet marketers, reading the latest product launch pitch, etc…. I stumbled upon this blog post today that I think most of us that are trying to generate money online or start a business can certainly identify with:

So before you venture out to create your own business, website, or buy the latest info product from Guru X… realize before hand that their will be people around you that will inevitably try and pull you down. These people may not even realize that they are doing this… I suppose its just human nature.

I guess the whole point of this is that, before you even start down the path to financial freedom, internet riches, or whatever you might like to call it… you need to realize a few things:

1. Generally speaking, it’s not going to be easy… it certainly is possible though. Any Guru or product xyz that leads you to believe it’s as simple as “point, click, cha ching” is basically full of shit. His or her system may work, but understand that it will require time and effort on your part.

2. Your going to need to find the strength from within when it comes to pursuing your dreams and goals. Others around you are most likely too concerned with their own issues and struggles in life… and probably aren’t going to be sitting on the sidelines waving purple pom-poms cheering you on until your financially sucessful.

3. Figure out your goals, strengths/weaknesses, likes/dislikes, and so on before you even jump into the arena of internet marketing, online business, etc. If you do this, you’ll save yourself alot of time not chasing every path to internet riches idea that may not suit you… and you’ll save yourself some cash by not buying every internet marketing product out there.

Well, my blog has been pretty informal to say the least… and I think the last time I wrote anything was 5 or 6 months ago. I suspect I will be posting more often, and with much more useful info once my social networking site FireStormMarketer.Com is complete.

Just remember, life has a tendency to throw various hurdles your way… you just need to be willing to jump over them no matter how high or how many there are… and if you fall on your ass…get back up and keep trying…. eventually you’ll finish the race to your goals and ultimate success.
